#NEPSE: Jyoti Life Insurance Company Ltd (JLIC) IPO result today

NMB Capital Limited as JLIC’s IPO issuing manager confirmed, the company is distributing 6.6 million units of shares as IPO today on 26 March, 2021.

The company has issued originally 5,940,000 units of shares to the general public, rest 5% from the total for the employees and other 5% for the mutual funds at Rs. 100 per unit from 5 March to 12 March, 2021.

As per the officials, the allotment will start at 12:30 PM onwards at the corporate office of Jyoti Life Insurance itself.
